Small Group Training
Our small-group workouts are designed for a maximum of 14 people.
You’ll experience full-body circuit training that uses a variety of free weights and fitness equipment, including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sleds, gym balls, trampolines, and TRX. Our experienced trainers will guide you through each exercise to ensure proper form and technique while keeping you motivated throughout the session.
Heavy Bag Training
This class will have you sweating buckets as you learn to throw combinations of punches and kicks on the heavy bag, all while burning calories and shedding those extra pounds. It’s a great way to build strength, improve endurance, and develop your boxing and kickboxing skills.
