My Fundamentals

Master the foundational techniques of kickboxing, from punches to kicks and everything in between. In a group setting, you will learn proper form and technique and experience the motivation and support of a community.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through each movement, helping you to improve your coordination, balance, and strength.

My Skills

Learning advanced techniques and combinations will take your kickboxing skills to the next level. This class teaches you how to quickly attack, defend, and counter your opponent’s moves.

With ultra-light sparring in an old-school style and a fun, active and safe environment, you’ll have the opportunity to practice and perfect your skills with other active, like-minded individuals. Join this group fitness class to push your limits and take your kickboxing skills to new heights.

My Heavy Bag

This class offers a perfect combination of working on your speed, power, stamina, and technique while incorporating bodyweight exercises to provide a full-body workout. Members will break a sweat and burn calories while learning boxing and kickboxing combinations on the heavy bag.

My Rounds

Experience a dynamic and challenging workout with this group fitness class, which combines bodyweight exercises with various (kick)boxing equipment to improve stamina, cardio, and kickboxing techniques.

Train with the heavy bag, speed bag, wall bag, double-end ball, and more as you push yourself to the limit. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this class will help you achieve your fitness goals while keeping you motivated in a fun group setting.


Expect heavy bag training with a full-body workout that includes exercises using plyo boxes, rings, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, and more.

This intense, high-intensity interval training session will work your strength, endurance, and kickboxing techniques simultaneously. You’ll get a full-body workout that will challenge you physically and mentally and help you build the stamina and power you need to succeed in any sport or activity.
